Tyler Perry has done it again
Scenario
Two women with contrasting lives connect. One struggles to survive after her mother forces her out, while the other runs a thriving company. Another misogynistic view of black women, another terrible series with bad acting and derogatory plots.
Is it just greed?
Is Tyler Perry trying to show the Hollywood elite that he has something meaningful to say? If so, he has failed miserably. I must say that I used to look forward to Mr.
Perry’s new entertainment
Lately I find myself becoming more and more disappointed. The profanity, the nudity, the misogyny right from the start. I gave it a try because it looked like it might get a little interesting.

However, I couldn’t keep watching it. Perry, I know you can do better. We are so much more than pimps, strippers, hustlers, criminals and bad actors.
Their stories need to be told and can be interesting too
Tell the stories of the black people I know, the nurses, the doctors, the honest business owners, the hard-working parents who do everything they can to protect and support their families.
