After intercepting a drug shipment from Thailand and discovering five bodies among the illicit cargo, Special Agent Andrew Kang (D.Y. Sao) arrests and poses as an international operative for the Los Angeles drug cartel (Brian Le) to go undercover in Bangkok’s criminal underworld.
